Orders and Shipping

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please send us an email or message us on our Facebook page first. We’ll ask for a photo of the item for review.
Once approved, you may ship it back to our address. Please note that return shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please send us an email or message us on our Facebook page and attach clear photos of the item you received.
Kindly allow up to 3 days for us to investigate. Once confirmed, we’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.
We’ll also ask you to return the wrong item, and the return shipping fee will be fully covered — either through refund upon receipt or COD arrangement.
